Seedlings
Preparing parents and babies for a lifetime of learning
Seedlings is a 10-week class for new and expecting parents. Classes focus on healthy child development and teach parents ways to protect their children against Adverse Childhood Experiences and toxic stress. Parents develop skills around a variety of child development topics, including child health and vaccinations, literacy, nutrition, social-emotional health, and exercise, while networking with other parents and building social capital.
